3. Account Registration

Free Features
Certain features remain free, including browsing past job listings and viewing job history.
5. Device Limits
Your subscription includes a device limit based on your plan:
- You may only use your account on the permitted number of devices simultaneously
- Exceeding device limits may result in account suspension or termination
- We monitor device usage to prevent abuse and account sharing
⚠️ Account Sharing Violation: Using your account on more devices than permitted or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account ban.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
- Use automated tools or bots to access the service
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute job data from Amazob
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent device limits
- Use the service to spam or harass others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Amazob, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
- Software code and application design
- Job aggregation algorithms and notifications system
- Trademarks and service marks
are owned by Amazob and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
Our application may contain links to third-party websites (including Amazon job application pages). We are not responsible for:
- The content or accuracy of third-party websites
- Third-party privacy practices or terms of service
- Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Amazob is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or completeness of job listings
- Availability or reliability of the service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
We do not guarantee:
- That job postings will always be accurate or current
- That you will successfully obtain employment through our service
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application
- That defects will be corrected promptly
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazob and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
- Damages arising from reliance on job information provided
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazob and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or information you submit through the application
12. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the application or by contacting support.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

- Exceeding device limits
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- At our sole discretion
Effect of Termination:
- Your right to use the service will immediately cease
- No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts
- All data associated with your account may be deleted
